What is the best electronic CD/DVD organizer?

I know about the Stakka CD & DVD manager, as well as the CD Carousel Plus. These let you put 100 CD/DVDs in and search them.
I’d really like one that not only lets you search them, but actually lets you use the files on the CD/DVD without first taking it out of the carousel and then putting it in your computer.
Does such a product exist? What is my best option here?
