Does volunteer have to pay for the concert?

I volunteer for an organization to take pictures. Next month, they are having a concert with a ticket price of $15. I told them I would take pictures only if I am given a free admission otherwise I will skip the photography. The event organizer refused to give a free ticket to me and expect me to purchase a ticket even if I take pictures. I told him that I would rather sit with my family and enjoy music if I have to pay for a ticket. Was I wrong asking for a free admission for doing a volunteer photography?

So you consider yourself a ‘homeless’ community. Who organizes the homeless community? Someone’s in charge I assure you of that. If you each lead your self then you are your own community organizer. You’re just bad at it so your homeless. No shame in that.
