Some of my coworkers are trying to form a union within are company. (We are school bus drivers). I would like to see improvements within the company but I don’t feel a union is the answer. The majority of drivers have never worked in a union. The union organizers have been coming around to are rest stops and promising us everything if we join. Tonight were having a meeting with them union reps.and I would like too know what questions too ask.

I went to a union office one time, and the guy behind the desk was rude and eating donuts and he had a big butt. He just handed me some papers to fill out, and I heard nothing more. Why don’t you organize? Walmart is out there, waiting for the unemployed to get a job with them, and we all know how you labor unions are not organizing Walmart. They are kicking your a** and labor unions are putting their tail between their legs and wah-wah all the way back to their office, so that they can eat donuts and get a bigger butt.
