What is the best free music organizer?
I’m looking for something like YAMO (this program crashes for me, please don’t bother suggesting possible solutions). I need a program that will sort my music into folders where the folder name is the artist of the song then organize by album. Also i really need some way to get album art for all my songs and fix the ones that are incorrect. If possible i would like to automatically find and delete duplicate and corrupt files. I’m not necessarily asking for a single program that does all this, several are fine. Any suggestions are appreciated.

In Elements 7 Organiser I continually find that certain pics are duplicated?
and I seem to spend my time deleting these copies. They must surely be slowing down the system and adding an unnecessary load. How do I delete them without losing the original. This also happens in Windows Live Photo Gallery. Any solutions welcome.

I have Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, OneNote, Access, InfoPath, Outlook, Clip Organizer, and Picture Manager.
I want to put a bunch of pictures together in a collage and then use them as my background for my computer. How and with what programs can I do this?

Where can I find a music organizer that can apply arbitrary categories to tracks?
I have an unusually diverse music collection that I use for a broad variety of uses. I would like to be able to categorize it by specific use (e.g. relaxation, party-energy, party-dance, party-cooldown, conversational-background, thunderous-ambience). Many of the tracks would wind up falling into multiple categories, but I’d like to be able to apply all appropriate to them. Does anyone know of a music tracking software that does this?

What is the best client-side email organization software?
I currently use MS Outlook and NEO (Nelson Email Organizer) to sort my email. NEO is nice, but it doesn’t do everything that I want it to.
What is the best software to organize my email? I recieve several hundred emails a day, of which maybe 20 are important. I would like a system that:
- Allows me to access a number of POP accounts
- Allows me to respond “from” a variety of accounts
- Automatically sorts emails based on a variety of custom rules (email from certain people gets treated differently)
- Allows me to categorize emails into different categories and easily access those categories (like Gmail)
- Is a client-side application or plugin (Gmail is great, but I need to be able to work offline)
- Allows fast access to a by-contact view of my mail — I need to be able to very quickly sort by sender regardless of where the email is stored. (NEO is great at this).
I don’t care if I stick with the “folder” metaphor or not. Thunderbird?
One especially-important feature would be the ability to tag a single email with multiple categories. Outlook (as I currently use it) allows categories, but I have to manually type them in each time. That’s not acceptable. I’d like to just be able to click and add an email to “personal” “to-do” and “finance” all at once, without having to type each category name out or do a lot of right-clicking around.
Mozilla Thunderbird 2’s tag feature is close but not quite there. Is there any system that has a tag toolbar that just allows clicking straight onto tags to mark messages, or to find all messages with that tag? In Thunderbird one has to open the tag button before applying a tag, and then actually search by tag later. I’d love a system that got away from the folder metaphor. I know that I’m being picky about extra clicks here and there, but they add up with hundreds of messages a day.
The save-search-as-folder thing in Thunderbird 2 is cool — that acutally solves all but 2 problems:
1 — Still takes too many clicks to tag something.
2 — Still no fast “find all messages by a person, regardless of the folder” feature like NEO.

How do I transfer photos from Olympus Master to Adobe Photoshop?
I just imported photos onto my computer from my digital camera using the Olympus Master software. They are in the “browse”display in Olympus Master organizer but I want to transfer them into my Adobe Photoshop so I can do more with them. I know it is possible to do this, but I don’t know how. Help!

How to send Outlook meeting cancellation notice to Attendees when already deleted original meeting?
As a poor meeting organizer, I must have accidentally deleted a meeting last month without sending cancellation notices. I know that the attendees still have it in their calendar, how do I send out a cancellation notice without sending a regular email, so that their calendars are automatically updated that the status of the meeting is that it’s cancelled?
