How do I switch back to the organizer in Corel Paint Shop Pro x3?

My book says that I can go back to the organizer if I am currently in full edit by clicking on the ‘Organizer’ button in the top right hand corner o the screen. Mine does not have this button. Anyone else have a problem with this or a solution?

By this software one can add some written description to every photo. When I move photos to another computer I don’t want the description to be lost.
